It should focus on just being a women's regatta for top lightweights + smaller DI programs, with DII & DIII. Or they should at least prune out about 1/2 of the events (Men's DIII 8, Club 8 and Varsity 8????) so that the site isn't mobbed.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14345420.post-76018365599560157782006-11-09T08:27:00.000-05:002006-11-09T08:27:00.000-05:00Yes, you make a good point - Knecht is much less e...Yes, you make a good point - Knecht is much less expensive for the East Coast teams. Maybe I'm unfairly hard on Knecht, but I also think that Windermere, despite the cost, is attractive to these crews because it is much more of a showcase event. Few crews have published spring schedules yet, so I guess we'll have to wait and see.JW Burkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00986444574194021099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14345420.post-91059789980454526602006-11-08T23:54:00.000-05:002006-11-08T23:54:00.000-05:00I'm not sure about your assertion that radcliffe, ...I'm not sure about your assertion that radcliffe, princeton, and wisco will go out to windermere...for princeton and radcliffe, knecht far closer and less expensive. My bet is that the lightweight eight at knecht may lose a bit, but will remain the place to be.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
